Wave Venue Fee $1500 + HST

Our reception packages include full venue fees and include the following amenities. The Venue fee will only apply to any custom built a la carte receptions.

• Enjoy our beautiful reception facility for up to 8 hours (70 – 175 guest capacity)
• Complete room set up and clean up of our facility by our professional staff
• Complete flatware and china place setting including; 5 piece flatware, water goblet & wine glass
• Round tables seating 8 guests – rectangular table configuration available at no extra charge. Tables of 10 available for an additional fee.
• White or ivory table linens, choice of white, black or ivory chair covers, choice of napkin pattern and colour
• Projector, screen, podium and wireless microphone available for speeches and presentations
• Includes cake cutting fee
• Includes SOCAN and Resound live and recorded music licensing fees
• Concert quality sound and lighting systems available for use at the venue
• Beautiful Western University as your backdrop for wedding photography
• Executive Chef Adam Fenn and professional culinary team onsite
• Wedding planning services and preferred vendor list to make your vision a reality
• Onsite Bed & Breakfast accommodations available on Western’s Campus (May – Aug)
